Highlander Farm promotes, encourages and teaches the 3 R's (Respect, Responsibility, & Resourcefulness). Campers are expected to respect themselves, their fellow campers, their counselors, the animals and the property. Through daily camp activities, we are teaching responsibility to the campers, which in turn builds confidence. We encourage campers to think outside the box on how they can apply their new skills in permaculture at home, and further explore ideas on sustainable living. (resourcefulness).
We will not tolerate verbal abuse, foul language, racist remarks, mistreatment of animals, bullying other campers. 1st time offenders will be sent home with a warning. Second time offenders will be expelled from camp. There are no refunds for expulsion.
Fighting is an automatic expulsion.
Portable Restrooms will be available to campers on-site along with hand washing stations.
